Chicken and rice

Description

Rice with potatoes and fried chicken.

Ingredients

You can also include vegetables, and other spices.

Steps

  1. Wash and peel the potatoes
  2. Add water to a pot with the potatoes, and 1/2 spoon of salt
  3. Heat the pot and boil the potatoes until they are soft
  4. Add 4 coups of cooking oil to another pot, and heat it to medium temperature
  5. Once hot the oil, add the chicken thigh
  6. Add 1/4 spoon of salt
  7. Cook the thigh on each side until it be browned
  8. Remove the chicken to a plate
  9. Wash the rice and the onion
  10. Slice the onion
  11. Add watter to the pot with 1/2 spoon of salt, then the rice, and the sliced onion
  12. Place a lid to the pot and cook the rice and onion for 10 minutes
  13. Add the chicken to the pot and keep cooking for 15 minutes
  14. Extract the potetoes to a clean plate, dice them in small pieces
  15. Serve the cooked chicken with them
  16. Stir the rice and add it to the plate
