Steps

  1. Beat the egg in a plate
  2. Add the salt
  3. Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan with a medium heat until the oil gets hot
  4. Cook the egg into the pan, make in it cover the pan surface completely
  5. Wait for about 15 seconds
  6. Turn the omellete to cook the other side in the same way
  7. Slide it onto a clean plate to serve
