Omellete
Description
Omellete, perfect for breakfast.
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1/2 coup of cooking oil
- 1 pinch of salt
You can experiment with other spices and aliments.
Steps
- Beat the egg in a plate
- Add the salt
- Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan with a medium heat
until the oil gets hot
- Cook the egg into the pan, make in it cover the pan
surface completely
- Wait for about 15 seconds
- Turn the omellete to cook the other side in the same way
- Slide it onto a clean plate to serve
